Customer-submitted data. Information you upload or process relating to your own customers, prospects, leads and contacts.

2. How we use information

To provide Arkquen, create and manage accounts, process payments, provide support, operate integrations, provide AI functionality, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot, improve the Services, communicate service updates, and send marketing communications where legally permitted.

3. Customer data and lead data

Where you upload lead or prospect information, you remain responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, notices, consents or other lawful basis to process and communicate with those individuals.

Arkquen processes such information to provide the Services and according to your instructions, subject to applicable law.

4. Third-party service providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, email, WhatsApp, analytics, AI services, security, customer support and other infrastructure.

We may disclose or make data accessible to such providers where necessary to provide the Services.

We do not sell personal data.

Following account termination, customer data may be deleted or anonymised subject to applicable retention obligations, and subject to the 30-day export window in our Terms.

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, and seek grievance redressal.
